Using GiveBoxes
GiveBoxes is a free service that helps people offer and find reusable boxes. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally agree to them, do not use the service. Minors should participate only with a parent or guardian.
Your responsibility
Post only genuine boxes that you own or are authorized to give away. Provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, and follow applicable laws. Do not post exact private pickup details publicly.
Private arrangements
Givers and getters independently decide whether, when, and where to meet. GiveBoxes is not a party to the exchange and does not provide transportation, storage, inspection, payment, pickup, or delivery services.
Prohibited use
Do not use GiveBoxes for fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful activity, dangerous materials, misleading listings, or collecting another person’s information for an unrelated purpose.
Listings and access
Listings may expire automatically. We may remove listings, messages, or access that appear unsafe, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the service. We are not required to preserve or restore any listing.
No guarantees
GiveBoxes does not verify users, inspect boxes, or guarantee availability, condition, cleanliness, safety, identity, communication, or completion of any exchange. Use the service and participate in pickups at your own judgment and risk.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, GiveBoxes is not responsible for losses, injuries, disputes, property damage, missed pickups, or other claims arising from a listing, communication, box condition, or in-person exchange.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms as GiveBoxes develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
